01Site managementA Site is Stand’s installation and routing boundary for one named website context. It owns the stable embed snippet, normalized domain, enablement, Site instructions, fallback language, behavior rules, coverage diagnostics, and usage scope. All plans02Widget installationWidget installation places a Site-specific deferred script on the published website. The snippet loads Stand, identifies the Site through `data-stand-id`, and lets the backend confirm that the expected domain has requested availability. All plans03Site instructionsSite instructions provide private factual and behavioral context shared by Stand-ins when they answer on one matched Site. They sit between organization-wide Team instructions and each Stand-in’s individual instructions. All plans04Chat behavior rulesChat behavior rules control where, when, and how the floating widget appears on a Site, without writing website code. The first enabled rule whose path matches supplies the reveal trigger, greeting treatment, opening action, and display mode. All plans05Chat reveal triggers and display modesReveal and display settings control when Stand’s floating invitation becomes visible and how prominently it appears. A rule can reveal on load, after time or scroll, or only through manual page UI, while greeting memory prevents repeated interruption on ordinary reloads. All plans
