Subprocessors

Stand Chat uses the following subprocessors to help provide the Service. These vendors may process personal data on our behalf and only for the purposes we specify.

Google Cloud Platform

Purpose: Hosting, database, storage, AI models, and infrastructure.

Location: United States.

Stripe

Purpose: Payment processing and billing.

Location: United States.

PostHog Inc.

Purpose: Product analytics, privacy-masked session recording, and error tracking.

Location: United States.

Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC)

Purpose: Transactional and service email delivery.

Location: United States.

International processing: Stand hosts the Service and processes Customer Content in the United States. The providers above process data in the locations shown. Our Data Processing Addendum describes the applicable EU, UK, and Swiss international-transfer safeguards. A completed, signed copy is available with a Business subscription.

We will update this page and email all organization owners at least 14 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor. Organization owners are responsible for keeping their account email address current. If you have other questions, contact privacy@stand.chat.
