Subprocessors

Stand Chat uses the following subprocessors to help provide the Service. These vendors may process personal data on our behalf and only for the purposes we specify.

Google Cloud Platform

Purpose: Hosting, database, storage, AI models, and infrastructure.

Location: United States.

Stripe

Purpose: Payment processing and billing.

Location: United States.

PostHog Inc.

Purpose: Product analytics, session recording, and error tracking.

Location: United States.

International transfers: the subprocessors above are located in the United States. Where required, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to cover transfers from the EEA, UK, and Switzerland. Business customers can request a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) by contacting privacy@stand.chat.
