The Team page shows who belongs to an organization, what access each person has, and the current state of their human and AI coverage.

Roles
| Role | Capabilities |

| Active member | Use the dashboard, answer chats, manage their own profile and Stand-ins, add sites, send feedback, and inspect their permitted history and usage. |
| Owner | All member capabilities plus invitations, access controls, team policy, privacy and retention, organization settings, subscription, and overage purchasing. |
What the Team page shows
- Member name and email, role, status, and join date.
- Live availability and whether the member’s Stand-in coverage is active.
- Plan, usage, chat balance, and recent activity at the scope appropriate to the viewer.
- Pending invitations in an owner-only section.
- Owner-managed team prompt, pin policy, privacy, retention, and billing areas.
Owner and member views
Owners receive management actions next to non-owner members and broader organization statistics. Non-owners can still see who belongs to the team and read plan or quota information that affects their ability to start chats, but billing and policy controls remain read-only or absent.
Membership lifecycle
- A person enters through an accepted email invitation.
- An owner can disable access temporarily, re-enable it, activate or deactivate the member’s Stand-in coverage, promote the person to owner, or remove them.
- Past conversations remain in History after access changes so the organization’s record is not erased with the user account.
- Every destructive or ownership-changing action requires explicit confirmation.
Boundaries
- Unlimited reps removes a seat-count limit; it does not give every member owner permissions.
- Only the owner can transfer ownership, and the current owner becomes a regular member afterward.
- Membership does not automatically link separate sign-in identities.
- Disabled or removed people cannot continue using the organization dashboard.
