Profile fields
| Field | Use |
|---|---|
| First and last name | Required human display identity and dashboard label. |
| Title | Optional visitor-facing role or job title. |
| Organization | Optional profile organization text where organization identity is shown. |
| Avatar | Uploaded and processed human responder image. |
| My pin preference | Optional personal circle or pill badge, unless a team policy overrides it. |
Edit the profile
- Open Profile from the dashboard.
- Change the required name and any optional identity fields.
- Upload and confirm an avatar if needed.
- Choose the personal lapel-pin preference.
- Save profile changes; Cancel restores the last saved values when the form is dirty.
How it appears in chat
When the member handles a live conversation, Stand can show their name, title, organization, avatar, and resolved lapel pin. Compact invitation surfaces may use only the avatar or a subset of the fields, while the open chat shows fuller identity.
Profile activity
- The profile includes a rep-scoped activity widget.
- Metrics can include opportunities, widget shows, activations, chat starts, and minutes.
- Hourly, daily, and weekly views use UTC periods and show the current period as partial.
- Organization-wide statistics remain an owner-level Team capability.
Related settings and limitations
- The account email and sign-in methods are managed in Security & sign-in, not ordinary profile fields.
- A team pin policy can make a saved personal pin invisible to visitors without deleting it.
- Profile updates do not rewrite completed History records.
- Organization membership and owner role are managed from Team.
